TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Order once placed cannot be cancelled.

2. GST is applicable as per government guidelines.

3. Shipment is being raised on the same day if order is placed before 12 noon, if the order is placed after 12 noon; the shipment is being done on next working day. We only ship to domestic locations.

4. Order is being delivered within 7-10 working days post shipment, based on delivery location.

5. Return of goods is not applicable as per our policy. However, you can initiate a request for exchange in case a wrong product OR a defective product is delivered. You can email us / call us / Whatsapp us, our team will help you in completing the process. We will arrange reverse pick up (if possible) but courier charges to be paid by customers. It may took 15-20 Working days to complete the process of exchange.

6. Normal shipping charges is applicable as per weight of the consignment and location.

7. Extra charges are applicable for expedited delivery.

8. We accept payments only in Company's Current Account and we do support Cash on Delivery (COD) facility at serviceable Pin Codes. Our order management team will inform you complete process of making payments.
